Overview Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
The Practice Franklin, TN About Us:
The Practice is a premier cosmetic dental practice with location sin Franklin and Murfreesboro TN. We are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a comfortable, concierge-style environment. Our team specializes in advanced cosmetic dentistry, full-mouth rehabilitation, dental implant surgery, and complex dental procedures that often require IV sedation and anesthesia services. We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and patient-focused Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our growing team.
Position Summary:
The CRNA will be responsible for administering anesthesia and monitoring patients undergoing dental procedures in our state-of-the-art office setting. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a highly collaborative environment with predictable scheduling, no hospital call requirements, and the ability to make a meaningful impact on patient comfort and safety.
Responsibilities:
Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and review medical histories Develop and implement individualized anesthesia plans Administer IV conscious sedation, as appropriate Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures Manage airway support and emergency interventions when necessary Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and professional regulations Maintain accurate clinical documentation Collaborate closely with dentists, and clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes Educate patients and families regarding anesthesia procedures and recovery expectations Maintain adequate stock of supplies and order the necessary replacements to ensure a smooth workflow on the day of procedures
Qualifications:
Current CRNA certification and licensure in Tennessee (or eligibility for licensure) Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program. Minimum 3 years of experience operating as a CRNA Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications Experience in office-based anesthesia, oral surgery, dental anesthesia, or ambulatory surgery preferred Strong clinical judgment and emergency management skills Excellent communication and patient care abilities Commitment to patient safety and exceptional service

Experience :
Demonstrated expertise in anesthesiology practices with a focus on airway management, medication administration, and patient monitoring. Prior experience working with diverse patient populations including pediatrics and geriatrics is desirable. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and pharmacology relevant to anesthesia practice. Experience adhering to HIPAA standards and maintaining patient confidentiality at all times. Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and respond swiftly to changes in clinical status during procedures. Pay:
$185,000.00 - $215,000.00 per year
