Job Description
Join our team in Dumas, Texas for a flexible, job-share opportunity that lets you practice autonomously while staying connected to a supportive clinical organization. This role covers 26 weeks per year and is ideal for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist who wants a predictable schedule, strong compensation, and a patient-centered environment. What you'll do: Provide high-quality anesthesia care across a variety of cases Practice independently while coordinating with surgical and perioperative teams to optimize patient outcomes Maintain timely, accurate anesthesia documentation Contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement What we offer: $270,000 for 26 weeks of coverage (1099 contract) Autonomous clinical practice with backing from corporate clinical leadership Paid malpractice coverage, including tail Access to financial coaching and group benefits through preferred partners A supportive, patient-focused work environment in a welcoming Texas community
