Job Description

Board-certified CRNA needed for a 1099 position at a 161-bed facility in Nacogdoches, TX.
Compensation & Schedule Compensation:
$372,000 (1099)
Call:
1:5 weekday call, 1:6 weekend call; post-primary call days off Time off: 9 weeks off annually, plus post-call days
Malpractice:
Employer-paid malpractice with tail coverage
Benefits:

Support:
Clinical support from corporate leadership Practice Details Case mix: General surgery, orthopedics, endoscopy/GI, urology, ENT (rare pediatric), OB/GYN Regional anesthesia: Proficiency preferred; training available if needed
Team:
6 CRNAs covering OR and OB calls from home Daily staffing: 4 CRNAs on-site plus 1 anesthesiologist (primarily covers OB) Requirements Board-certified CRNA Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered anesthesia care Regional anesthesia skills preferred (training available)
