Locum Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Richardson, TX Locum tenens Locum tenens Vigilant Healthcare Solutions is seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a locum/travel contract opportunity in Richardson, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced CRNAs, Nurse Anesthetists, and Anesthesia APRNs looking to work in a dynamic, high-volume surgical environment across a broad range of case types — with no weekend requirements. CRNA Responsibilities Administer and manage anesthesia care for General, Orthopedic, Neurosurgical, GYN, Urology, Vascular, Podiatry, and GI cases Perform pre-anesthetic assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans Monitor patient vital signs and anesthetic depth throughout procedures Manage airway, hemodynamics, and pain control intraoperatively Collaborate with the surgical and medical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes Complete accurate and timely anesthesia documentation CRNA Requirements Current CRNA certification (NBCRNA) Active Texas APRN license or eligibility for licensure Experience across multiple surgical specialties (General, Ortho, Neuro, GI, or similar) BLS and ACLS certifications required Independent and 1099 practice model experience preferred Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and team communication skills Schedule Locum/Travel 3 x 12-hour shifts, Monday - Friday No weekends Job Highlights No weekend call — true work-life balance High-variety caseload across 8 surgical specialties Supportive, team-oriented clinical environment in the Dallas-Fort Worth area Why Join Vigilant Healthcare Solutions?
