Great clinical leadership, autonomy, and an excellent work environment especially for those who enjoy doing regional anesthesia. Whether you are a new graduate or an experienced CRNA who enjoys doing regional blocks, and bread and butter cases, this is a career opportunity you do not want to miss! Our physicians and CRNAs will work together in a collaborative care-team model with a diverse case mix. Inova Fairfax Hospital University of Maryland Charles Regional Medical Center Practice Setting This float pool position provides coverage across a variety of hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers, offering diverse clinical exposure. These facilities are not required for provider participation in our Float Pool. Providers who wish to provide services at any of these facilities may request privileges as part of the credentialing and privileging process. All locations within our float pool are community hospitals and ASC's located within the same service area. These facilities are in close geographic proximity to one another, with all locations situated within approximately a 20-mile radius, allowing providers to efficiently practice across multiple sites.
CASES INCLUDE
Adapt to a variety of case types and clinical environments
Base Pay:
$140/hour (approx. $291,200 annually based on 40 hrs/week)
Extra Shift Rate:
$165/hour
Sign-On Bonus:
$75,000 with a 3-year commitment w/ annual forgiveness Self-Schedule! No Nights, Weekends, Call Shifts or Holidays required Minimum 32 hours guaranteed per week Typical schedule: 4-5 shifts/week (8-hour shifts) Monday-Friday only
