Job Description

Position Requirements Description CRNA opportunity 40 minutes from Washington, D.C., at Ortho Virginia Herndon. An extension of the Ortho Virginia network. This network has over 100 orthopedic specialists at more than 30 sites and is the state's largest provider of orthopedic medicine and therapy. The Ortho Virginia Herndon practice is equipped with the most up-to-date orthopedic treatment and technology to deliver the highest level of care that Northern VA has to offer.

  • Ortho Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
  • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
  • Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
  • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
  • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
  • Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership Requirements
  • Current license as a registered professional nurse
  • Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
  • Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists Ortho VA Herndon, $165/hour, Per Diem
