Job Description

Aya Locums is seeking a CRNA to provide locum services at an acute care hospital in Yakima, Washington. This is an excellent opportunity for a CRNA looking for flexible scheduling with varied shift lengths in a rewarding care team environment. Coverage is needed starting February 2, 2026, and ongoing.

Case Types:
ENT, General Surgery, GI Endoscopy, GYN, Podiatry, OB, Ortho (Complete), Healthy Pediatrics, Robotic Procedures, Urology, Vascular, Cardiac, Regional, Thoracic (No complex vascular, head spine, or neuro)
Setting:
Acute Care Hospital with adjacent
Surgi-Center Schedule:
Variable shifts (8-hour, 10-hour, 12-hour) days, nights, and weekends depending on coverage gaps. 12-hour night shifts: 7pm-7am. No call (all shifts are staffed).
Weekend Coverage:
Saturday and Sunday (plus holidays): 2 rooms at 12 hours each for day, 1 OB 12-hour day shift, 1 12-hour night shift
Daily Volume:
40-45 general anesthetic cases per day overall, 3-4 cases per day per
CRNA OR Capacity:
7 ORs in main surgery department, 4 ORs at adjacent Surgi-Center, 2 GI treatment rooms, 1 Bronchoscopy room, 1 Cath lab
Support:
Medically supervised, care team model
EMR System:
Epic Requirements:
Active CRNA Certification (NBCRNA Board-Certified) State License in Washington (required, willing to license) Must be comfortable with days, nights, and weekend shifts Experience with diverse case types including cardiac, ortho, OB, pediatrics, regional, thoracic Why Join Us?
