We are seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a cohesive, all-CRNA team at a nationally recognized Critical Access Hospital in Southwest Wisconsin. This is an Advanced Practice role that values true clinical autonomy and a collaborative culture.The Practice & Lifestyle True Autonomy:
Practice the full scope of anesthesia in an independent setting.Clinical Reach:
Expertise in General Anesthesia, MAC, spinals, epidurals, and a wide array of Regional Anesthesia / peripheral nerve blocks.Diverse Case Mix:
General, OB/GYN (approx. 152 annual births), Orthopedics, ENT, Ophthalmology, Endoscopy, and Urology.Perfect Balance:
An ideal 2-weeks-on / 2-weeks-off rotation allows you to fully recharge.The Area:
Enjoy outdoor recreation less than an hour from Madison and roughly 3 hours from Chicago. Core Responsibilities & Skills Comprehensive Airway Management and Invasive Line Placement. Advanced Hemodynamic Monitoring and Vasoactive Medication Management. Trauma Stabilization andACLS/PALS/NRP
Resuscitation. Thorough Pre-operative Assessment and Acute Pain Management.Compensation & Support Competitive Pay:
$250/hr plus call.Simplified Logistics:
Weekly pay as a locum/contractor with all travel and accommodations fully covered.Team Environment:
