Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our night shift team. As a Nurse Practitioner at Demopolis Hospital, you will work collaboratively with our healthcare team to provide comprehensive care to patients during the night. This role requires a high level of clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering patient-centered care.

Schedule:

7 days on/7 days off.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with nursing staff to address patient issues promptly. Handle admissions and coordinate patient care during the night shift (1-2 admitions/shift . Provide clinical expertise and support to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in Alabama. Experience in hospital settings preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Compensation:

Salary range: $120,000 to $160,000 (commensurate with experience). Comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance. Malpractice insurance coverage provided.
