This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF). Role Overview Full-time (3.5-5 days per week) within Monday - Friday No nights or weekends Flexible, onsite, round-and-go model with remote documentation Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns Provide brief interventions and behavioral management Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings Coverage area includes Montgomery and Troy, Alabama Compensation and Benefits Estimated compensation range for 3.5 days per week is $91,768 - $108,521 annually with no cap on productivity income Estimated compensation range for 5 days per week is $134,020 - $158,828 annually with no cap on productivity income Base salary plus productivity, W2 position with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k) Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided Qualifications Active, unrestricted Alabama state license as a PMHNP-C or Psych PA-C Active DEA or willingness to obtain 6 months of experience needed as a PMHNP or Psych PA Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred Apply today!
