Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychiatric Provider (MD, PMHNP, PA-C) to join our dynamic team in an outpatient setting. In this role, you will provide high-quality psychiatric care to a diverse patient population, including evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving the mental well-being of those in need.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments for new and existing patients. Diagnose mental health conditions and create personalized treatment plans. Provide ongoing psychiatric care, including medication management and therapy. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated care. Educate patients and families about treatment options, medication adherence, and mental health resources. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in accordance with HIPAA and organizational standards. Participate in case consultations and team meetings to ensure continuity of care.Qualifications:
Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree with board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry. Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with board certification. Active state licensure to practice psychiatry. Experience in an outpatient setting preferred, but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds. Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
