About the Role The Nurse Practitioner (NP) position at Pinnacle Fertility is an ideal opportunity for those seeking to be an integral part of a fertility patient's journey towards becoming a parent. The NP will engage with patients throughout their journey, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide excellent, high-quality care. We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility- Arkansas in Bentonville, AR . This is a full-time, onsite position. Key Responsibilities Conduct patient consultations and assessments, including fertility evaluations and initial workups. Manage fertility treatments such as ovulation induction, intrauterine insemination (IUI), and in vitro fertilization (IVF). Perform diagnostic procedures, including ultrasounds, uterine assessments, and monitoring for fertility treatments. Effectively triage cases, including bleeding OBs, ectopics, and challenging early OB ultrasounds. Educate patients on fertility treatments, procedures, medications, and care plans. Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families throughout their treatment. Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and laboratory staff to ensure continuity of care. Maintain accurate patient records in electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education to stay current in reproductive medicine. Other duties and projects as assigned. Position Requirements Nurse Practitioner (NP) with an active AR state RN license. Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting. Active BLS required . Women's health background preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills. Ability to work autonomously and effectively triage complex OB cases. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
