Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) -
Corning Clinic About Us:
1st Choice Healthcare is a non-profit, Joint Commission-accredited, Federally Qualified Health Center. We provide patient-centered care to all members of our community, including those unable to afford services. Our team encourages patients to take an active role in their health and promotes preventive care.
Position Overview:
The APRN works as part of a care team, providing direct patient services including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring of care plans. This role operates under the general supervision of a licensed physician in a primary care setting and involves access to confidential patient information. The APRN represents the clinic professionally when interacting with patients, families, and colleagues.
Qualifications:
Current APRN License Minimum 2 years of clinical experience Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor DEA license required CPR certification
