We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner (or Physician Assistant) with an orthopedic/sports medicine focus to join our Little Rock team. This role offers a consistent weekly schedule while providing concierge-style care in our outpatient physical medicine clinic. Ideal candidates are passionate about regenerative medicine and helping patients avoid surgery through natural healing.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the QC Kinetix regenerative medicine team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Perform comprehensive musculoskeletal evaluations, including taking medical histories and conducting focused orthopedic and physical exams. Order and interpret diagnostic studies (X-rays, MRIs, lab tests) and develop appropriate treatment plans. Provide patient education and counseling on regenerative therapies and self-care strategies. Administer biologic injections and regenerative treatments (e.g., platelet-rich plasma, stem cell therapies) for joint and soft-tissue conditions, under physician oversight. Follow up on patient progress, adjust care plans as needed, and refer patients to therapy or specialists when appropriate. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters and treatments in the electronic medical record.
Qualifications:
Current, unrestricted Arkansas Nurse Practitioner license and national NP certification. DEA registration and prescribing privileges required. Master's degree or higher in Nursing with an active NP credential (Family or Adult/Gero NP preferred). Minimum of one year of clinical experience, preferably in orthopedics, sports medicine, pain management, or a related field. Experience performing musculoskeletal exams and joint injections is highly preferred. Proficiency in performing orthopedic-focused physical exams, diagnosing common joint and musculoskeletal conditions, and developing treatment plans. Strong interest in or knowledge of regenerative medicine and biologic therapies (orthobiologics) to improve patient outcomes. Excellent patient communication skills and bedside manner; ability to educate and build rapport with patients of all ages. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient setting. Team-oriented with a positive, patient-focused attitude. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (ACLS preferred).

Schedule:
Every Wednesday and Thursday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (consistent weekly schedule).
Compensation:
$750 per day, plus a monthly success-based bonus tied to clinic performance and patient outcomes, and lunch provided each working day.
