Job Description Job Summary and Responsibilities As a PRN Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner at CHI St. Vincent Medical Group, you will join our compassionate team in Morrilton, AR. This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care within a supportive and collaborative environment. In your practice, you will be a vital part of our healthcare team, working under the supervision and direction of collaborating physicians or the Medical Director for the Hospitalist program. To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered care. In your role, you will: Provide direct, comprehensive, preventative, and therapeutic healthcare to patients and families. Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans. Prescribe medications, counsel patients, and offer clear instructions. Ensure full compliance with Nurse Practitioner Protocols and all regulations governing Advanced Practice Nurses. Deliver healthcare services for which you are educationally prepared and for which competence has been attained and maintained. Contribute to all aspects of coordination within the Hospitalist program, including fiscal accountability, time, and resource management.
