Rogers, Arkansas Clarity Wellness & Psychiatry is seeking a compassionate, experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing outpatient practice in Rogers, Arkansas. This position is focused primarily on psychiatric evaluation and medication management for adults experiencing a variety of mental health conditions. We are looking for a provider who is confident practicing independently, values patient-centered care, and is committed to providing thoughtful, evidence-based psychiatric treatment. Position Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and establish appropriate diagnoses. Provide psychiatric medication management and ongoing follow-up care. Initiate, adjust, and discontinue psychiatric medications when clinically appropriate. Monitor medication effectiveness, side effects, interactions, and patient response. Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's clinical needs and goals. Provide routine medication-management follow-up appointments. Educate patients regarding medications, treatment options, risks, benefits, and expectations. Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically indicated. Coordinate care with therapists, primary-care providers, and other healthcare professionals when appropriate. Recognize and appropriately respond to changes in psychiatric symptoms and patient-safety concerns. Practice independently while maintaining high standards of professional, ethical, and evidence-based care. Required Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program. Board certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) or equivalent recognized certification. Current, unrestricted Arkansas APRN license with independent practice authority. Current RN/APRN credentials in good standing. Prescriptive authority in the State of Arkansas. Strong psychiatric assessment and clinical decision-making skills. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and effectively manage a patient panel.
