Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00
PM Compensation:
$100,000-$140,000 annually (based on experience) + RVU productivity incentive Location & Logistics Work Environment Established outpatient pediatric clinic serving a diverse and growing patient population in Casa Grande, Arizona. Providers work alongside experienced pediatricians and a dedicated clinical support team in a collaborative, patient-centered setting. Coverage Model & Hours Monday-Friday schedule 8:00 AM-5:00 PM clinic hours Full-time outpatient practice
Compensation Base Salary:
$100,000-$140,000 annually (based on experience) Performance-based collections incentive RVU productivity opportunities About the Opportunity / A Day in the Life Join a respected pediatric practice where you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients and families while providing comprehensive outpatient care. This role combines preventive medicine, acute care, chronic disease management, and developmental monitoring within a supportive clinical environment focused on quality outcomes and continuity of care. Your day will include well-child visits, routine physicals, same-day sick appointments, immunizations, developmental screenings, and family education. You'll work closely with pediatricians and clinical staff while maintaining autonomy in patient management and treatment planning. Why This Role Stands Out Predictable Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends, holidays, or call Established clinic with a strong reputation in the local community Opportunity to care for a diverse pediatric population across all stages of childhood Collaborative team environment with experienced pediatric providers and support staff Eligible for federal and state loan repayment programs Employer-funded wellness benefits including a biweekly wellness stipend and HSA contribution What We're Looking For Compassionate provider committed to pediatric patient care Strong clinical judgment and patient assessment skills Team-oriented professional who collaborates effectively with physicians and staff Provider who values continuity of care and long-term patient relationships Commitment to culturally sensitive, family-centered care Ability to thrive in a busy outpatient environment Job Duties & Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive well-child examinations and annual physicals Diagnose and manage acute pediatric illnesses and minor injuries Evaluate and manage chronic pediatric health conditions Administer and monitor immunizations in accordance with AAP guidelines Provide developmental, behavioral, and nutritional counseling Order, interpret, and communicate laboratory and diagnostic test results Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate follow-up care Collaborate with pediatricians and interdisciplinary team members Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and preventive health measures Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical record documentation Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical best practices Maintain compliance with regulatory, clinical, and organizational standards Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited U.S.-based Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program Active Arizona NP or PA license, or eligibility to obtain Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP/PNP) or Physician Assistant Minimum 2-3 years of pediatric clinical experience Current BLS certification Strong communication and patient education skills Preferred Background PALS certification Bilingual English/Spanish skills Experience in outpatient pediatric practice Familiarity with pediatric preventive care and immunization schedules Experience working with diverse patient populations This Role Is Likely a Fit If You… Enjoy building long-term relationships with children and families Prefer outpatient care and continuity of treatment Value work-life balance and predictable scheduling Appreciate a collaborative team culture Take pride in preventive medicine and patient education Want to make a meaningful impact in an underserved community This Role May Not Be a Fit If You… Prefer inpatient, urgent care, or emergency medicine settings Are seeking procedural-heavy pediatric practice Prefer shift-based schedules with variable hours Thrive in highly independent practice without team collaboration Want a role with hospital rounding or inpatient responsibilities Prefer a fast-paced specialty environment over primary pediatric care Why Join Us This is an opportunity to join a mission-driven pediatric practice where providers are supported, valued, and empowered to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.
