$55.00 to $65.00 hourly starting pay based on experience, plus bonus opportunitiesTimeline:
Target start date is late September / early October 2026.What You'll Do Deliver Cutting-Edge Care:
Guide highly personalized wellness plans utilizing advanced laboratory testing, HRT, peptide therapies, and injury recovery protocols.Perform Clinical Procedures:
Conduct in-clinic treatments, perform basic blood draws, and execute specialized wellness protocols under the supervision of our Medical Director.Build Relationships:
Dedicate real time to patient education, tracking outcomes, and helping clients reach their long-term health and performance goals.Maintain Smooth Operations:
Keep accurate, timely documentation (SOAP notes) in an organized, low-stress environment.Required Qualifications Active Licensure:
Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) / Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Arizona. Current DEA license or ability to obtain DEA.Credentials:
Active national certification (e.g., FNP, AGPCNP, or adult-focused specializations).Skillset:
High professional competence, strong communication skills, and comfort performing standard clinical procedures. Preferred Experience If you do not have these skills but possess a passion for longevity medicine, we encourage you to apply:Injections & Aesthetics:
Experience or comfort with PRP injections (musculoskeletal/joint, facial, hair restoration) or facial aesthetics (Botox/neuromodulators, microneedling).Hormone Therapy:
Background with Hormone Pellet Procedures or standard HRT/peptide therapy protocols.Passion Project:
