AZ - NP shifts in Chandler - July 16-23. Job in Chandler Gr8Jobs

Client seeks Nurse Practitioner for July 16, 17, 20, 21, 22, & 23 at their Corporate Health clinic in Chandler, AZ. Provider will see ages 5 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Peds are seen for acute episodic care, school physicals, and flu shots only (no wellness). Hours are Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm with a 30-minute break. Clinic staff includes a Nurse Practitioner, a Dietician, an MA, and an RN. Volume is 2-16 patients per day. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment. Client prefers candidates with Epic EMR experience and proficiency in Phlebotomy, EKG, spirometry, and point of care testing.
