Our established cardiology practice in Chandler, Arizona is seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team. We are looking for a compassionate healthcare professional who is passionate about cardiovascular medicine and committed to delivering high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with physicians, clinical staff, and patients in a fast-paced outpatient setting. Position Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including obtaining medical histories and performing physical examinations. Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with cardiovascular conditions under physician supervision and within scope of practice. Develop and implement treatment plans while providing patient education and counseling. Review laboratory results, diagnostic studies, and imaging reports. Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed documentation of all patient encounters within the electronic medical record (EMR). Ensure all patient visits, treatment plans, and follow-up recommendations are appropriately documented and maintained. Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate patient care. Participate in follow-up care, medication management, and ongoing patient monitoring. Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality. Qualifications Current Arizona licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. National certification as an NP or PA. Prior clinical experience is required. Experience in cardiology, internal medicine, family practice, or a related specialty is strongly preferred. Strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical documentation, and patient care management. Experience using electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to effectively manage multiple patients and responsibilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
