PMHNP Opportunity We're hiring a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to support our growing patient population. This role is a great fit for a provider who enjoys thoughtful psychiatric care and is interested in modern treatment approaches, including TMS and Spravato, within a collaborative clinical team. Responsibilities Perform psychiatric evaluations and medication management visits (in-person and telehealth) Collaborate with the clinical team to support TMS care planning and mapping workflows Oversee Spravato and/or IM ketamine sessions and ensure protocol compliance Complete EMR documentation within 24 hours of each patient encounter Participate in team meetings and contribute to clinical quality and patient experience improvements Compensation $60-$90 per hour Qualifications Active, unrestricted Arizona PMHNP license Board certification (ANCC or equivalent) DEA license (active or in process) Professional liability insurance (minimum $1M/$3M) Comfortable working in an EMR and in a hybrid care model (in-person + telehealth) Patient-centered approach and interest in outcomes-focused mental health care Why Bella Vida TMS Flexible scheduling and strong provider autonomy Mission-driven work with a supportive, collaborative team Access to advanced treatment tools (TMS, Spravato, and more) Streamlined onboarding and administrative support Positive team culture that values quality care and professionalism

Pay:

$135,000.00 - $205,000.00 per year
