Job Description

Sunlight Medical Services, an established, MOUD/Alcohol Use Disorder practice in the Glendale, Arizona area is seeking a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to assist patients recovering from addictions to opioids, alcohol, and other substances. This position is structured as a part-time hourly (potential full time in the future) Schedule Monday through Friday (any two days of the week): 5 AM - 1

PM Saturday:

7AM - 11 AM Responsibilities Follow the clinic procedures on patient intake and treatment Observe documentation guidelines set by EMR Coordinate patient healthcare needs with Medical and Clinical supervisors Qualifications Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in state of Arizona Unrestricted DEA license CPR Certification Required Clinical experience in substance abuse rehabilitation and Opioid treatment preferred

Pay:

$50.00 - $60.00 per hour
