This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a collaborative healthcare team dedicated to supporting women throughout their reproductive health journey. The ideal candidate will not only possess strong clinical skills but will also be passionate about providing emotional support and guidance to patients during some of the most important and vulnerable moments of their lives—from preconception and pregnancy to menopause, infertility, pregnancy loss, and other gynecologic concerns. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive women's health evaluations, including breast and pelvic examinations. Diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of gynecologic and obstetric conditions. Perform in-office procedures including Pap smears, IUD insertions and removals, Nexplanon insertions and removals, endometrial biopsies, and colposcopies. Provide patient education regarding family planning, contraception, preventive care, and prenatal health. Deliver prenatal care and monitor maternal and fetal well-being throughout pregnancy. Review sonography reports and assess pregnancy progression and fetal development. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation. Triage patient concerns and provide appropriate recommendations and follow-up care. Offer compassionate emotional support and counseling to patients and their families during both joyful and difficult experiences. Qualifications Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the State of Arizona. Minimum of 1-2 years of Women's Health or OB/GYN experience preferred. Strong knowledge of female reproductive anatomy, physiology, and women's health conditions. Experience performing comprehensive women's health examinations and office procedures. Knowledge of family planning methods and contraceptive management. Understanding of labor, delivery, and prenatal care processes. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills. Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment. Commitment to delivering exceptional, compassionate patient care.
