Because our network is expanding, we have 4 immediate openings for qualified, enthusiastic, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants who are passionate about delivering exceptional, culturally competent care. Competitive Base Salary:
Starting at $135,000/year (negotiable based on experience).
Monthly Productivity Bonus:

Sign-On Bonus:
$5,000 to $10,000 (depending on contract length).

In-Person, Outpatient Primary Care Clinic Work-Life Balance & Schedule:
Enjoy an outpatient setting with no Sunday shifts, a balanced rotation where you only work every other Saturday , and a built-in 3-day weekend every alternating week, all with absolutely no demanding hospital shifts or grueling night calls! What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
Licensure:
Active, unrestricted license as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP / FNP) in the state of Arizona.
Language:
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required to effectively serve our vibrant patient population.
Mindset:
Clinically sharp, highly motivated, and dedicated to building lasting provider-patient relationships in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
