Outpatient Family Medicine Clinic About the Opportunity A respected outpatient family medicine clinic in Kingman, AZ is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its care team. This full-time role offers a predictable weekday schedule with no after-hours responsibilities, making it ideal for providers seeking professional fulfillment and a balanced lifestyle. This role does not include a sign-on bonus or relocation package. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care, including preventive exams, screenings, and wellness visits Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and minor injuries Manage chronic health conditions such as hypertension, COPD, and diabetes Order, interpret, and follow up on laboratory results, diagnostic tests, and imaging studies Educate patients on treatment plans, prevention strategies, and healthy lifestyle choices Coordinate referrals to specialists and oversee follow-up care Document all patient encounters accurately in the EHR Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer review processes Qualifications Active, unrestricted Arizona license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Graduate of a U.S.-accredited NP or PA program (Note:
Puerto Rico-based programs not eligible) DEA registration (or ability to obtain prior to start date) Credentialing eligibility for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers No history of malpractice or disciplinary actionPreferred:
