Job Description
SpineSearch is working with a growing specialty practice expanding into Mesa, AZ and is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to help launch and grow its new office location. This is an exciting start-up opportunity within an established and expanding practice. The office will begin with a lighter patient volume and build steadily as the location becomes established. The ideal candidate will enjoy being part of a growing practice, have a flexible and entrepreneurial mindset, and be excited to help develop a new patient population and workflow. Position Highlights Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule New office location in Mesa, AZ Start with a manageable patient volume and grow over time Opportunity to help establish and develop the new location Work collaboratively with an experienced physician and clinical team Potential for increasing autonomy and responsibility as the practice grows Support and resources from an established practice Responsibilities Evaluate and manage patients in the outpatient setting Obtain comprehensive patient histories and perform physical examinations Develop and coordinate individualized treatment plans Provide patient education and ongoing follow-up Review diagnostic testing, labs, and imaging as appropriate Manage medications and treatment recommendations Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Communicate and coordinate care with physicians and other members of the clinical team Help establish efficient clinical workflows as the new office grows Qualifications Nurse Practitioner certification preferred Active AZ NP license or eligibility Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with physicians and staff Adaptable and comfortable in a growing/start-up environment Strong patient-focused approach Specialty experience is preferred but may be flexible for the right candidate #
