Join our recently renovated Banner Health Center in Peoria, featuring 48 modern exam rooms and a newly expanded primary care clinic. You'll have access to on-site labs and X-rays, and collaborate with a team of 20 providers across multiple specialtiesdelivering comprehensive, coordinated care in a well-equipped, supportive environment.

Qualifications:

+ Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with eligibility for AZ license + Minimum 1 year of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care + DEA with prescriptive authority required + Ability to work collaboratively with all members of the health care team
