Job Description

Prescott Complete Care is growing! We are looking for a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team. Prescott Complete Care is a PA-owned primary care practice for the real world. Founded in 2019 Prescott Complete Care prioritizes quality of life for our team members to reduce healthcare burnout and features a four-day work week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday) along with a comfortable daily patient schedule.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Creating a lasting relationships with patients by reviewing medical histories, performing physical exams, and formulating assessments and plans on adult and pediatric patients Prescribing medications Maintaining high quality and timely documentation of all patients seen, including follow-ups and referrals to specialists Ordering and interpreting laboratory and diagnostic imaging studies Managing acute and chronic illnesses in consultation with the Medical Director as needed Maintaining a respectful work culture with the other members of our team
REQUIREMENTS
License to practice medicine in the state of Arizona Unrestricted DEA license Strong interpersonal skills; ability to be sensitive with persons of various social, cultural, economic, and educational backgrounds. Ability to work independently and as part of a team EHR/EMR knowledge is preferred. 1 year experience in clinical practice (family medicine or speciality).
