Job Description
Physican led cardiology practice seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a primarily inpatient role with ICU exposure and close physician support.
Role includes:
- Inpatient rounding (ICU and floor)
- Patient phone call follow-ups
- ASC patient care/support
- Minimal outpatient clinic duties Call & Schedule
- Hospital call primarily handled by physician
- Weekend call: once per month, rotated among three NPs
- No independent ICU / floor coverage Compensation
- Base salary $130,000-$140,000 (based on experience)
- Realistic total compensation $150,000-$160,000
