Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant opportunities at brand-new practice locations opening in Surprise, Arizona (July 2026) and Phoenix, Arizona (August 2026). Join a small, family-focused practice that prioritizes evidence-based medicine and long-term patient relationships. This role offers the opportunity to practice independently at either of the new locations, with dedicated support and ongoing mentorship from the owner physician, who brings over 20 years of clinical experience.
