Job Description

A growing, well-established pediatric office based in Tempe is looking for a full time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone with previous pediatric experience and/or pediatric certifications This is an ideal position outpatient job, with no mommy calls, hospital rounding, or night calls. 4 or 5 days per week and 1 or 2 Saturdays per month (on Saturdays, we are open for 4 hours only). Flexible schedule option. The candidate should be capable of managing all the variety offered in a pediatric clinic. Productivity bonus is offered and incentivized bonuses offered Interacts politely and as a team player with all levels of staff, physicians, patients, and families. Must be able to embrace differences among people and interact with internal staff and external contacts in a culturally competent and respectful manner. Willingness to be a team player Timely charting and accurate medical records using EMR systems while ensuring HIPAA compliance. Active NP or PA license or ability to obtain by start date Taking personal responsibility for appropriately coding and billing for care rendered Maintaining clinical productivity consistent with peers and industry standards for a similar setting Follow up on patient care as indicated Thrive in a fast-paced environment Please email us your resume and a cover letter
