This role is ideal for a provider with at least two years of hands-on experience in cosmetic injectables—including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and biostimulators—paired with a strong interest in hormone therapy, peptides, weight management, and integrative wellness. Key Responsibilities Administer aesthetic treatments such as neuromodulators, dermal fillers, PRP/PRF, and biostimulators with a high level of skill, precision, and attention to safety. Perform comprehensive consultations, educate patients on services, and develop personalized treatment plans aligned with their aesthetic and wellness goals. Guide patients through wellness programs, including hormone optimization, peptide therapies, weight loss plans, and other advanced services. Deliver a high standard of care throughout the entire patient experience—from consultation to follow-up—ensuring each client feels comfortable, informed, and valued. Actively recommend services, packages, and memberships while consistently achieving and surpassing sales and conversion targets. Maintain thorough and accurate patient records in accordance with all regulatory and clinic standards. Stay current with the latest advancements by participating in ongoing education and training in both aesthetics and wellness. Work collaboratively with the medical director, clinical team, and front office staff to create a smooth and efficient patient experience. Uphold strict safety, compliance, and infection control protocols at all times. Qualifications Current Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona. Minimum of two years of hands-on experience performing cosmetic injections (required). In-depth understanding of facial anatomy and advanced injection techniques. Interest in or experience with hormones, peptides, weight management, and holistic wellness approaches. Track record of success in a performance-based, sales-focused environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate, build trust, and retain clients. Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and delivering consistent, high-quality results.
