Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our Pain Management Group. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive patient care across diverse settings, including , inpatient and Telehealth. Your expertise will support diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of the patient chronic pain illness and , ensuring optimal patient outcomes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with healthcare professionals, utilize advanced clinical skills, and make a meaningful difference in patients' lives through innovative care delivery. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality healthcare services. Responsibilities Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments to establish accurate diagnoses and develop personalized treatment plans. Prescribe medications in accordance with state regulations and collaborative practice agreements, ensuring safe and effective therapy. Manage acute and chronic conditions Perform procedures including suturing, IV insertion if necessary along with a variety of duties to be discuss Utilize EMR/EHR systems like prognosisCIS or eClinicalWorks for accurate medical documentation, order entry, and patient record management. If with the above system, we are willing to train. Collaborate seamlessly with physician, nurse practitioners and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Educate patients on health promotion strategies, medication administration, lifestyle modifications, and to empower informed decision-making. Skills Extensive experience working with electronic health record (EHR) systems such as prognosisCIS or E clinical works efficient documentation and data retrieval. Strong background in managing cases involving pain management is highly desirable. Knowledge of healthcare diagnosis coding systems such as ICD-10/ICD-9 and CPT coding for accurate billing and documentation. Skilled in pain management techniques, triage procedures, protocols to handle urgent patient needs effectively, also willing to train Ability to work within collaborative practice agreements while adhering to HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to educate diverse populations.
