Ally Clinics is a growing primary care practice and we are looking for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team and provide high-quality, patient-centered care across all age groups. www.allyclinics.com; Our Google reviews: https://g.co/kgs/oyYL6Bx Responsibilities Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary and preventive care Conduct physical exams, assess patient histories, and order appropriate diagnostic testing Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications Perform minor in-office procedures as appropriate Educate patients on health maintenance and preventive care Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care Maintain accurate and timely EHR documentation Follow evidence-based guidelines and current best practices Requirements NP or PA degree Active, unrestricted California medical license Valid DEA registration in good standing ​​At least 1 year of NP or PA experience Able to see patients of all ages Valid BLS (AHA) certification Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and interpersonal skills Maintain all required licenses, registrations, and certifications Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with applicable federal, state, and clinic standards Report to work on time and as scheduled Represent the organization in a positive and professional manner at all times Benefits 401 (k) with employer match Health insurance Paid time off and holidays Paid malpractice insurance CME reimbursement and paid CME leave Medical license renewal reimbursement User-friendly EHR (Elation Health)

Pay:

$70

•$85 per hour ($145,600

•$176,800 per year)

Schedule:

Full-time, 32-40 hours per week (8:00 AM

•5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)
