• About Hematology and Cellular Therapy Program:

• Established in 1989, our program has performed over 1,500 bone marrow transplants, including autologous, allogeneic related, and CAR T and Immune Effector Cell Therapy.

As a National Marrow Donor Program/Be The Match transplant center since 2001, we are authorized to treat patients with all commercially available CAR-T cell products. Our experienced hematology and cellular therapy team considers every detail of your medical needs to create a personalized treatment plan for you. • Essential Duties:

• + Independently seeing patients for follow-up. Collaborate with attending physician as indicated. + Triage and manage patients' symptoms secondary to their malignancy or treatment regimens. + Perform bone marrow biopsies with aspiration, IT chemotherapy administration, and Ommaya access. + Management of chemotherapy. + Order and interpret diagnostic studies.
• Qualifications
• Education (NP):
• + Master of Nursing Degree. + Graduate of an accredited Nurse practitioner program approved by the California Board of Registered.
• Education (PA-C):
• + Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program required. + Bachelor's degree

• Experience Requirements:

• + A minimum of one (1) year of experience as an NP/PA with a focus on malignant hematology, including Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) and CAR T therapy.

• Licensure/Certifications Requirements:

• + NP + CA RN License.

+ Nurse Practitioner and Furnishing License. + National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner. + PA-C + PA-C License + National PA-C Certification + DEA License (schedule 2-5) + ACLS Life Support Certification required.
