We are looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is confident clinically, great with patients, and enjoys being part of a growing practice. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. We are looking for someone who can provide excellent clinical care while also being a strong leader and team player. What You'll Do Conduct new patient consultations and follow-up visits Review labs and develop individualized treatment plans Manage hormone replacement therapy and hormone optimization Manage medical weight-loss patients Prescribe and manage peptide therapies Educate patients and confidently explain treatment recommendations Work closely with clinical and administrative staff Maintain accurate documentation and clinical compliance Help lead the clinic and support continued growth What We're Looking For Licensed California NP or PA in good standing Experience with hormone health / hormone replacement therapy Experience with medical weight loss and peptide therapy Experience in a cash-pay, concierge, wellness, or elective medical environment Comfortable discussing treatment options and helping patients make informed decisions Strong communication and leadership skills Team-oriented with a positive, solution-focused attitude Comfortable working in a growing business where processes continue to evolve Spanish-speaking is a plus Schedule Part-time with potential for additional days as the practice grows Weekdays only No nights No weekends No on-call Compensation $70-$80 per hour, depending on experience. We are looking for someone who wants more than a shift. The right person will take ownership of the patient experience, support the team, and help us continue building a great practice.
