$15,000 sign on bonus available Salary range: $175,000-$183,000 Deliver high‑acuity care beyond the four walls of the hospital. About the Role We are hiring Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants with acute care experience in Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine who are comfortable working both independently and alongside DispatchHealth Medical Technicians (DHMTs) to deliver comprehensive, patient‑centered care in the home. The ideal candidate uses strong critical‑thinking skills, follows evidence‑based standards of practice, proactively identifies and solves problems, adheres to all clinical and safety standards, protocols, and performance metrics, and consistently provides care with compassion, empathy, and cultural competency. What We Offer Flexible 10‑hour shifts (market‑based) 4 shifts per week, including every other weekend (Saturday/Sunday) Extra shift pay if you elect to pick up additional shifts 1:1 patient ratio; see 4-7 patients per shift Competitive compensation with quarterly and annual bonuses Comprehensive benefits, including CME and license assistance Onsite training and growth opportunities Company vehicle, malpractice, and liability coverage What You'll Do Deliver in‑home acute and high‑acuity care Perform comprehensive health assessments, and diagnose and treat mild to complex illnesses Analyze test data to diagnose, treat and arrange appropriate follow-up for the patient to ensure continuity of care. Provide procedures including suturing, splinting, wound care, and IV therapy Order and interpret point‑of‑care diagnostics and imaging Educate patients and families on treatment and follow‑up care Navigate goals‑of‑care and end‑of‑life conversations as needed Document accurately and adhere to clinical standards What You'll Need Current, unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of practice Minimum of two years of experience as an APP in the Emergency Department, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, Hospital, Family Practice, Cardiac, Pulmonary or other relevant areas National board certification (current) Current
