About the Role We are hiring Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants with acute care experience in Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine who are comfortable working both independently and alongside DispatchHealth Medical Technicians (DHMTs) to deliver comprehensive, patient‑centered care in the home. The ideal candidate uses strong critical‑thinking skills, follows evidence‑based standards of practice, proactively identifies and solves problems, adheres to all clinical and safety standards, protocols, and performance metrics, and consistently provides care with compassion, empathy, and cultural competency. Provide procedures including suturing, splinting, wound care, and IV therapy Order and interpret point‑of‑care diagnostics and imaging Educate patients and families on treatment and follow‑up care Navigate goals‑of‑care and end‑of‑life conversations as needed Document accurately and adhere to clinical standards What You'll Need Current, unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of practice Minimum of two years of experience as an APP in the Emergency Department, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, Hospital, Family Practice, Cardiac, Pulmonary or other relevant areas National board certification (current) Current
