Manage acute and chronic conditions in pain medicine. Perform procedures such as suturing, IV insertions, etc. with precision and adherence to aseptic techniques. Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals including physicians, nurses, specialists providers to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Qualifications Valid Nurse Practitioner license with current certification from an accredited program; state-specific licensure required. Demonstrated experience working in diverse clinical settings such as hospital medicine units (ICU/Level I & II trauma centers), emergency rooms (ER), outpatient clinics, nursing homes or assisted living facilities. Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems including ModMed. Strong knowledge of physiology, pharmacology (including CPT coding), medical terminology and diagnostic evaluation techniques. Hands-on experience performing procedures like venipuncture (phlebotomy), injections (including botulinum toxin treatments), sterile processing techniques and specimen collection/processing. Critical care experience such as ICU or acute pain management; familiarity with ventilator management and airway procedures is advantageous.
