Job Description
Mindpath Health seeks an Outpatient Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide evidence-based psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management for diverse adult and/or adolescent patients in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting. In this role, you will deliver in-person and telehealth care, develop and adjust treatment plans, coordinate with therapists and other clinicians, and maintain thorough documentation using EHR systems. You'll contribute to a patient-centered, culturally sensitive environment that prioritizes access, safety, and clinical excellence.
