Pediatrics Salary:
$142,000 to $178,000 + $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Requirements to apply Master's degree from an accredited NP or PA program Active California NP or PA license and DEA registration Minimum 1 year of NP or PA experience in Pediatrics BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) upon hire
NP:
RN license + ANCC or AANP certification required Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-based environment Full-time Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant opportunity in Desert Hot Springs, CA working Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts in a mission-driven outpatient setting serving diverse and underserved populations. Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate Pediatric NP or PA to provide comprehensive primary care services to children in a collaborative clinical environment. Responsibilities include performing physical exams, diagnosing and treating conditions, ordering and interpreting labs, prescribing medications, and educating patients and families. The provider will follow evidence-based guidelines, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in quality improvement initiatives while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
