$145,000
•175,000, based on experience Position Summary Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including preventive care, immunizations, physical examinations, health education, reproductive health, diagnosis, treatment, and care coordination. The provider will work collaboratively with physicians and healthcare professionals under the supervision of a physician. Key Responsibilities Conduct patient histories, physical examinations, assessments, and treatment plans. Provide preventive and primary care services according to established protocols. Order and review routine laboratory, diagnostic, and radiological tests. Perform approved clinical and therapeutic procedures. Educate and counsel patients on physical and mental health. Identify urgent medical conditions and coordinate physician intervention. Refer patients to appropriate specialists and community resources. Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Valid California FNP or PA license. Valid DEA license. Professional liability insurance. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Valid California Driver License and reliable vehicle with required insurance. Ability to pass a background check. Current required health clearances and immunizations, including TB, MMR, Tdap, influenza, and COVID vaccination. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, use a computer, communicate effectively, drive, and occasionally lift up to 20 lbs. CA02
