The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality patient care across various settings. This role requires expertise in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, with a focus on auto immune diseases. The Nurse Practitioner will work collaboratively with physician and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients of all ages > 18 years old. Responsibilities Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments to determine health status. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and medical history. Administer medications, including injections, IV infusions, and perform procedures as indicated. Provide education to patients regarding health management, medication administration, and lifestyle modifications. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Participate in clinical research initiatives as needed. Utilize EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Office Ally for patient records management. Engage in telehealth services to enhance patient access to care. Qualifications Current Nurse Practitioner license with relevant certifications. New graduates are welcomed to apply. Proficiency in medical terminology, CPT coding, ICD-9/ICD-10 coding standards.
