ONE YEAR
experience with optimizing patient wellness with such functional medicine approaches as BHRT, TRT, pellet insertion, advanced panel interpretation with various testing to reverse gut & liver dysfunction, and optimizing thyroid function. Certified (or completed a minimum of 2 trainings) by one of the following: WorldLink Medical, A4M, or IFM. Is passionate about the "care of health" not just healthcare and has experience in optimizing patient's health to a state of thriving. Has one year of clinical experience in any capacity. (please describe this when applying to clarify) Is professional, ethical, collaborative, passionate about functional medicine, ready to finalize the development of our wellness program, with the founder. The Integrative/Functional Medicine Provider at AP Wellness is responsible for expanding the wellness center and bringing on a spirit of innovation to the program. This position blends direct patient care with program development, clinical leadership, and systems optimization —ensuring a seamless luxury wellness experience that delivers measurable patient results. We are open to cross training the right candidate in aesthetics, once the wellness department is fully staffed and the opportunity presents itself. 1. Clinical Provider Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations and develop individualized, results-driven care plans. Perform integrative interventions, prescribe medications, and administer natural therapies. May be cross-trained in Aesthetics if interested. Will be trained on our aesthetic services to promote cross-selling opportunities. Ensure adherence to clinic safety policies and maintain the highest standards of patient and employee safety. Oversee clinical documentation, charting accuracy, and supply management. Support patient retention through consistent follow-ups, care coordination, and case management excellence. Program Development Review & implement integrative medicine protocols already created by Clinical Director. Provide support and thought-leadership to the programs using experience and expertise to further optimize AP Medspa's programs Enhance clinical systems for members—labs, refills, medication management, protocol tracking, coaching, and patient touchpoints. Assist Clinical Director in funnels and automations for marketing and patient education. Review digital documentation tools and optimize EMR workflows to streamline care delivery. Collaborate with and train clinical and support staff to improve efficiency, adoption, and patient outcomes. 3. Department Leadership Grow a clinical training and onboarding program to uphold standards of care. Mentor and supervise clinical support staff to foster professional growth and excellence. The right candidate will become the clinical lead for the department. 4. Community & Brand Engagement Cultivate partnerships with local providers and wellness businesses for referral and collaboration opportunities. Contribute to educational content, speaking engagements, and marketing & brand initiatives. Participate in clinical education & events, workshops, and patient outreach to expand AP Med spa's visibility and impact.QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Graduate of an accredited NP program. At this time we are only accepting applications by Nurse Practitioners 1+ years clinical experience within integrative or longevity-focused specialty. Current California license and appropriate certification (NP Board Certification). Excellent communication, organization, and clinical judgment. Candidate must be trained or in process of training from: A4M, Worldlink, and/or Evexia. Our Founder is Worldlink-trained and the center follows this philosophy of integrative medicine. Proven leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire clinical and support teams. Strong interpersonal communication and patient-relationship-building ability. Innovative thinker passionate about optimizing systems, outcomes, and patient experience. Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, mission-driven environment.
