Relaxed atmosphere live job training Veteran Medical Group Inc, (VMG) a corporation created to provide Veteran disability examinations to Veterans by Nurse Practitioners who are looking to explore non clinical opportunities in Military medicine. VMG is currently looking for Nurse Practitioners who will be trained to conduct a one-time non-treatment compensation and pension exams related to a Veteran's health Disability Claim. Full Job Description One on one live training on how to efficiently complete charting for DBQ's See the veteran in-person at designated practice locations provided or at your own approved location. There is no ongoing care relationship with the Veteran and absolutely no prescribing. Complete web portal documentation (DBQ) to determine the veterans diagnoses/disability. The complete process should take approximately 30 minutes to one hour depending on how many claims the veteran has. Appointments will be scheduled in advance and are flexible to fit your schedule.
Required:
Licensed Nurse Practitioner. At least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner. If chosen candidate should be able to attend our VMG VA Disability Examiner Training in Oceanside, California from August 16th to August 21st, 2026.
