Supportive Care Nurse Practitioner NP - Weekend Coverage - Southbay Area, CA Supportive Care Specialist Group Part Time | Weekend Coverage Required Overview Supportive Care Specialist Group is seeking a compassionate and experienced Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner NP to provide patient-centered care in Southbay Area, CA across hospital and LTAC settings. This role is ideal for clinicians who are comfortable with weekend coverage responsibilities while maintaining a structured weekday schedule. You will care for adult and geriatric patients with complex conditions and support patients and families through critical care decisions. You will practice with strong clinical autonomy while working within a collaborative interdisciplinary team.
