What You'll Do:

Travel to patient locations to deliver advanced, specialized wound care services. Perform thorough wound assessments and design personalized treatment plans for complex wounds. Execute advanced procedures, including debridement, dressing changes, and biologic applications. Educate patients and caregivers on effective wound management and prevention techniques. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless and holistic care coordination. Maintain detailed and timely documentation using an intuitive electronic medical record (EMR) system.

Who You Are:

A licensed and certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a strong clinical background. Experienced in wound care (preferred), and confident working independently in the field. A clear and compassionate communicator who builds trust with patients and care teams. Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable using mobile tools and EMR systems.
