We specialize in advanced functional medicine, regenerative therapies, hormone optimization, and longevity-focused care. We operate outside traditional insurance models, which lets us deliver highly individualized care and an exceptional patient experience. We are seeking a motivated, patient-centered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is passionate about root-cause medicine, regenerative therapies, and helping patients reach long-term health outcomes. This is a W2 position within a growing clinic. You will build your clinical skill set while contributing to a high-quality, patient-focused environment. This is not high-volume, burnout medicine. We protect provider time so you can think deeply about each case. About the Role You will evaluate patients, interpret labs, and develop personalized treatment plans that address root causes rather than symptoms alone. You will work with patients over time, guiding them through functional and regenerative treatment strategies while providing education, accountability, and ongoing support. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider seeking long-term growth within a modern, expanding clinic. The schedule begins with a gradual patient ramp-up and is expected to transition into a full-time caseload as your schedule fills.
