Evolve Functional and Regenerative Medicine is a boutique clinic founded in 2025 in Huntington Beach, CA. We specialize in advanced functional medicine, regenerative therapies, hormone optimization, and longevity-focused care. We operate outside traditional insurance models, which lets us deliver highly individualized care and an exceptional patient experience. We are seeking a motivated, patient-centered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is passionate about root-cause medicine, regenerative therapies, and helping patients reach long-term health outcomes. This is a W2 position within a growing clinic. You will build your clinical skill set while contributing to a high-quality, patient-focused environment. This is not high-volume, burnout medicine. We protect provider time so you can think deeply about each case. About the Role You will evaluate patients, interpret labs, and develop personalized treatment plans that address root causes rather than symptoms alone. You will work with patients over time, guiding them through functional and regenerative treatment strategies while providing education, accountability, and ongoing support. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider seeking long-term growth within a modern, expanding clinic. The schedule begins with a gradual patient ramp-up and is expected to transition into a full-time caseload as your schedule fills. A Day in the Life A typical day may include: Conducting initial evaluations and follow-up visits, with a thoughtful caseload that allows for unrushed, high-quality care Reviewing labs and creating personalized treatment plans Ordering and interpreting functional and conventional lab testing Supporting patients with hormone optimization, gut health, detox, metabolic health, and longevity-focused care Educating patients on lifestyle, nutrition, and long-term wellness strategies Performing regenerative procedures (training available if needed) Recommending vitamin therapy and providing IV/IM injections Documenting visits and updating care plans in the EMR Collaborating with the team to ensure a seamless patient experience Addressing patient questions through follow-up visits, group visits, and portal communication Participating in patient discovery calls and consultations to educate prospective patients and support clinic growth What You'll Do Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Interpret lab results and communicate findings clearly to patients Deliver functional medicine and regenerative treatments (training available if needed) Support patients through structured care plans and long-term programs Maintain accurate, timely documentation (same-day completion expected) Collaborate with team members to ensure continuity of care Contribute to patient retention, outcomes, and overall clinic growth Participate in group visits, content creation, or patient education initiatives This Role Is a Great Fit If You… Are passionate about functional, regenerative, and longevity medicine Value quality over quantity in patient care Enjoy spending time with patients and thinking deeply about cases Enjoy educating and building long-term relationships with patients Are comfortable working in a cash-based, concierge-style model Can think critically and personalize treatment plans Take ownership of patient outcomes and follow-through Are open to learning new therapies and expanding your skill set Value both autonomy and collaboration Thrive in a modern, patient-centered, non-corporate environment This Role May Not Be a Good Fit If… You prefer strictly insurance-based or high-volume care You are uncomfortable with longer, relationship-based visits You prefer minimal patient education or interaction You are not interested in functional or regenerative medicine
