Nurse Practitioner (NP) Urgent Care Open for New Graduates

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team in Lancaster. The ideal candidate is experienced in urgent care, capable of working independently, and committed to delivering excellent patient care. Responsibilities Provide high-quality urgent care services to patients of all ages Diagnose and treat acute illnesses, injuries, and minor emergencies Perform physical exams and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., X-rays, labs) Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans Perform minor procedures such as suturing, wound care, and splinting Educate patients on treatment plans and preventive care Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care Qualifications Active Nurse Practitioner license in California Board certification (FNP, AGNP, or equivalent) Minimum 1-2 years of urgent care, emergency, or primary care experience preferred Strong clinical decision-making and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Benefits Competitive compensation (hourly or salary based on experience) Flexible scheduling Supportive team environment Opportunities for professional growth
