In this vital role, you will leverage your advanced nursing skills to assess, diagnose, and manage patient health needs, ensuring comprehensive treatment plans that promote well-being and recovery. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Duties
  • Conduct patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and manage ongoing cardiac care.
  • Maintain a schedule of ~40 patient contact hours per week.
  • Document encounters accurately in the EHR.
  • Provide oversight of clinical services as needed.
Qualifications Active California Nurse Practitioner license. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working independently and within a team. Proficient with EHR systems.
