  • Part-time Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans. This role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical practices, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The Nurse Practitioner will play a crucial role in patient management, ensuring optimal health outcomes for our diverse patient population. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine health status and needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations. Perform medical procedures, including catheterization and neonatal ventilator management, as required. Manage utilization effectively to ensure patients receive appropriate care while optimizing resources. Participate in clinical research initiatives to enhance healthcare practices and patient outcomes. Provide care for patients with infectious diseases, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Collaborate with medical staff in senior care settings and medical-surgical environments to deliver holistic care. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Educate patients and their families on health management strategies and preventive care. Qualifications Master's degree in Nursing or equivalent advanced practice nursing degree/ Physician Assistant program. Current NP/ PA license in the state of California. Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical practices relevant to patient care. Experience in patient assessment, utilization management, and infectious disease care is preferred. Familiarity with catheterization techniques and neonatal ventilator operation is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Ability to engage in clinical research activities and apply findings to improve patient care practices.
